1. Order Processing
Upon successful completion of your order and payment confirmation, your order will be processed for shipment. The estimated delivery times are as follows, based on the accuracy of the delivery address provided:
- West Malaysia: 3 – 7 business days
- East Malaysia: 5 – 10 business days
- International: 14 – 21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on item availability and courier efficiency.
2. Notification and Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation upon checkout. Once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment, a second email will be sent containing your tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your delivery.

3. Delivery Address and Restrictions
Your order will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, post offices, or parcel lockers.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, kindly provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with a valid contact number. The courier may contact you regarding delivery arrangements or in the event of any issues.
Mental Kuat Centre shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from delayed or unsuccessful deliveries due to inaccurate address information.
4. Change of Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Any additional shipping fees incurred from the address change will be borne by the customer.
Please note that the delivery address can only be modified once, and only if the order has not yet entered the processing stage.
5. Delivery Guarantee
We are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible. If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes, please notify us in writing at mentalkuatcentre@gmail.com

6. Seasonal and Public Holiday Delays
During Malaysian public holidays and festive seasons — including Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, and Deepavali — as well as during natural disasters or disruptions, there may be delays in order processing and delivery. We recommend allowing extra time for your order to arrive during these periods.
